Breathwork came into my life as a practice that does what talk therapy sometimes can't — it brings regulation into the body, where patterns actually live. When I got certified in RESET Breathwork, I knew this was the missing piece. The combination of the psychological and the somatic is where real, lasting change happens.
IMWellness is built on that belief. That you don't have 10 problems — you have one pattern. And that pattern, once named, can be interrupted, rewritten, and eventually, released.
