Why I do this work.

I became a therapist because I believe deeply that people have the capacity to change — not by forcing themselves into a different shape, but by understanding the shape they're already in.

I've seen it in my clients and in myself: the patterns that hold us back aren't random. They're responses. Learned ones. And the moment you understand that, something shifts. You stop fighting yourself and start working with yourself.

Breathwork came into my life as a practice that does what talk therapy sometimes can't — it brings regulation into the body, where patterns actually live. When I got certified in RESET Breathwork, I knew this was the missing piece. The combination of the psychological and the somatic is where real, lasting change happens.

IMWellness is built on that belief. That you don't have 10 problems — you have one pattern. And that pattern, once named, can be interrupted, rewritten, and eventually, released.

My clients are high-achievers, entrepreneurs, and future leaders — people who are done with surface-level solutions and ready for the real work. If that's you, I'd love to connect.

We'll use the S.T.O.R.Y Framework, BETDAR belief mapping, and nervous system regulation tools to identify your identity ceiling, name the pattern, and build a self that doesn't need to sabotage anymore.

RESET Breathwork

The pattern lives in the body.

Breathwork is not meditation. It's not relaxation. It's a somatic tool that creates a direct pathway to the nervous system — interrupting patterns at the level where they actually live.

What is RESET Breathwork?

More than a breathing exercise.

RESET Breathwork is a facilitated somatic practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to shift the nervous system out of chronic activation — the freeze, fight, or flight state that patterns thrive in.

When the body is dysregulated, no amount of willpower or planning will work. The pattern doesn't live in your mind — it lives in your body. Breathwork creates the physiological conditions for real change to happen.

I'm a certified RESET Breathwork facilitator. Every session is facilitated with intention, safety, and care — designed to open the door to the nervous system, not force it.

What to expect

A session in six movements.

Arrive
We begin with grounding. You settle into the space, the body, the present moment. No rush. No performance.

Set an Intention
Each session holds a theme. You bring your own intention — what you're ready to release, explore, or step into.

The Breathwork
The main practice — a guided breathing pattern that activates the parasympathetic nervous system and opens access to deeper states.

The Release
Emotions, sensations, insights — whatever arises is welcome. This is where the pattern begins to loosen its grip.

Integration
We slow down. You're guided back to the body, back to the room. Rest and silence are honored as part of the practice.

Reflection
Optional sharing, journaling, or simply being still. The insight that arrives in integration is often the most valuable part.
